Creating a task or study listTopic number: 1425414530079

Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging includes many tasks and study lists by default. If necessary, you can create more for inclusion in activities overviews.

To create a task or study list

Important!

Using complex activities overviews and task or study lists might negatively impact the performance of the application.
  1. Ensure that the Activities overviews pane is displaying the activities overview to initially add the new list to.

If not, select the correct one from the list at the top of the activities overviews pane.

  2. Select List area > New list.

Alternatively, select List area > Activities overviews, click New, then select a list to base the new one on and click Duplicate.

  3. On the New List page, under General info, type a Name for the new list.

Normally, leave the Active checkbox selected. It makes the list available for use upon creation.

  4. Normally, leave the Include in activities_overview_name in checkbox selected. Select whether to add the list to To do or Follow-up.
  5. Normally, leave the List based on a search checkbox selected, to have the new list dynamically populated based on a query you define.

If this checkbox is cleared, the list consists of nothing but a name.

  6. If the Automatic image download checkbox is available, select it only when the acquisition location is different from where the images are read, as in a teleradiology configuration.
  7. If the List based on a search checkbox is selected, on the Search tab:
    1. For To do, select Tasks. For Follow-up, you can select Tasks or Studies.
    2. Use the available search criteria to define the query that will populate the new list. If you need additional options, you can switch to Advanced search. (If duplicating an item, advanced search might be selected, but you could switch to Simple.)

To avoid slow retrieval of activities overviews, consider the following:

      • Limit the number of search criteria included.
      • Keep queries simple.
      • Do not use the Keywords (all) search field for list queries. Instead, use separate search fields for specific keywords.

For example, in Advanced search, if a list query uses the following search constraint:

Keywords (all) is not (Image quality) Poor

        Use:

        Image quality is not Poor

    3. To preview how the list populates, click Search. Adjust the criteria if necessary.
  8. Click Save & close. Save & close button

If the Active and Include in activities_overview_name in checkboxes were selected, the Activities overviews pane updates to display the new list in the To do or Follow-up sections.
