Attachments are used to collect and communicate information about the patient, order, report, or study.

To collect and communicate additional information about the patient, order, report, or study, use attachments. This includes information such as report text comments, images, hyperlinks, study keywords, and patient remarks.
- Adding voice clips
Voice clips are audio attachments that serve as an additional source of information in reports and studies. Use voice clips as an alternative to adding text comments.
- Displaying the procedure step details
Procedure steps display a detailed description of how the technologist performed the exam. Procedure step information is displayed only when it is supported by the modality and configured by the system administrator.

- Deleting a study comment
If a private comment no longer pertains to the patient, order, study, or report, you can delete it.
- Managing favorite comments
You can add comments, duplicate comments, and delete comments to and from the favorite comments catalog.
- Adding user attachments
You can link users who have an Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging account and contacts without an account to an order, report, patient, and study. User attachments are used for the types of users and contacts that are unknown in healthcare standards (such as peer learning case submitter).
