  To collect and communicate additional information about the patient, order, report, or study, use attachments. This includes information such as report text comments, images, hyperlinks, study keywords, and patient remarks.
- Adding voice clips
  Voice clips are audio attachments that serve as an additional source of information in reports and studies. Use voice clips as an alternative to adding text comments.

- Deleting a study comment
  If a private comment no longer pertains to the patient, order, study, or report, you can delete it.

  You can add comments, duplicate comments, and delete comments to and from the favorite comments catalog.
  - Creating a favorite comment
    To save time, create comments that are made repeatedly to a favorite comments list based on modality, body part, procedure definition, or general use.
  - Deleting comments from the favorites
    If no longer relevant, you can delete favorite comments that you have created. Deleting a favorite comment removes it only from the Favorites list, not from any reports, studies, patients, orders, or other place where it was added.
  - Duplicating favorite comments
    You can create a favorite comment based on an existing comment in the Favorite comments. You can then add the comment to reports, studies, patients and orders, if configured by your administrator.
  - Inserting comments from favorites list
    To save time, you can insert predefined comments—called favorite comments—from a list, based on modality, body part, procedure definition, or a combination of the three.

    To save time, you can add comments that are made repeatedly to a Favorites list, based on modality type, body part, procedure definition, or a combination.
  - Filtering the favorite comments list
    You can view any of the favorite comments created. If you cannot find the favorite comment you need in the list, or if too many favorite comments are displayed, you can filter them. For example, you could display all favorite comments associated with the CT modality or only view your personal favorite comments.
- Adding user attachments
  You can link users who have an Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging account and contacts without an account to an order, report, patient, and study. User attachments are used for the types of users and contacts that are unknown in healthcare standards (such as peer learning case submitter).

To find studies, use either the simple or the advanced search interface.

In Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging, sets of access-controlled features are combined into permission sets. One or more permission sets are included security roles. Security roles are assigned to users.
