Your administrator might ask you to communicate the bandwidth and latency values to optimize the configuration for your workstation in Administrator desktop.

This might be required if you plan to connect to the hospital network from a remote location, such as your private practice.

To test the connection speed

Select Help > Connection speed.
Record the bandwidth and latency values.

Communicate these values to your administrator.
