- Deleting a study comment
  If a private comment no longer pertains to the patient, order, study, or report, you can delete it.

- Adding user attachments
  You can link users who have an Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging account and contacts without an account to an order, report, patient, and study. User attachments are used for the types of users and contacts that are unknown in healthcare standards (such as peer learning case submitter).

To find studies, use either the simple or the advanced search interface.
Customizing the desktop look and feel options
Define Collaborator, list, and search options at the user, desktop, or system level.
Maintaining security and access
In Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging, sets of access-controlled features are combined into permission sets. One or more permission sets are included security roles. Security roles are assigned to users.

Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging and related viewing applications have specific indications for use.

Voice clips are audio attachments that serve as an additional source of information about reports and studies. Click Play to listen to them

Prerequisite

A dictation device is installed.

Voice clips support communication within a department and with other departments.

To listen to voice clips

In the Text area, select the report, study, or acquisition tab.
If the attachment is not visible, follow these steps:
1. Right-click and select Customize fields.
2. From the Available data elements list, select the attachment.
3. To move the selection into the Displayed data elements pane, click Move.
4. Click Save.
To display the voice clips list, click Voice clips.
The number of available voice clips is displayed between brackets. The most recent voice clips appear at the top of the list. Private voice clips are marked with a key.
To listen to a voice clip, click Play.
To control playback volume, use the Windows Volume control options.
To stop listening to the voice clip, click Stop.

Required permissions:

Can customize text fields for themselves only, Can customize text fields for themselves and their desktop profile, or Can customize text fields for all levels
Can view order level attachments
Can view report level attachments
Can view study level attachments
