  To collect and communicate additional information about the patient, order, report, or study, use attachments. This includes information such as report text comments, images, hyperlinks, study keywords, and patient remarks.

  Voice clips are audio attachments that serve as an additional source of information in reports and studies. Use voice clips as an alternative to adding text comments.

  You can link users who have an Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging account and contacts without an account to an order, report, patient, and study. User attachments are used for the types of users and contacts that are unknown in healthcare standards (such as peer learning case submitter).

You can access and use third-party applications that are integrated with Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging from client desktops.
Finding studies
To find studies, use either the simple or the advanced search interface.
Customizing the desktop look and feel options
Define Collaborator, list, and search options at the user, desktop, or system level.
Maintaining security and access
In Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging, sets of access-controlled features are combined into permission sets. One or more permission sets are included security roles. Security roles are assigned to users.

Indications for use statement
Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging and related viewing applications have specific indications for use.

Deleting a study commentTopic number: 1425412162723

If a private comment no longer pertains to the patient, order, study, or report, you can delete it.

If you have permission, and if attachments are configured to allow it (with the Can be deleted when public checkbox), you can also delete public comments, whether added by you or by other users.

To delete a study comment

In the appropriate pane of the Text area, locate the study comment to delete.
Expand it by clicking the text attachment name or the down arrow.
Next to the comment to be deleted, click Delete.
When prompted, click Yes.

A record of the deletion remains in task history.

Can delete order level attachments
Can delete patient level attachments
Can delete report level attachments
Can delete study level attachments
Can view order level attachments
Can view patient level attachments
Can view report level attachments
Can view study level attachments
