Activities overviews contain task and study lists. You can delete and deactivate personal lists, which are lists you created.

Delete an existing list to remove it permanently or deactivate it to make it inactive, so that it is not visible until reactivated.

To delete or deactivate a list
  1. Select List area > Activities overviews.
    • or
    • Right-click the name of the current Activities overview and select Manage activities overviews.

    A list of the activities overviews available to you is displayed.

  2. To access the table containing all lists, click New.
  3. Select the list for deletion or deactivation.

    Only personal lists can be deleted or deactivated. Person

  4. Delete or deactivate the list:
    • To delete the list permanently, click Delete.
    • To deactivate the list, click Edit, clear the Active checkbox, and click Save & close. Save & close
