Customizing the desktop look and feel options
Define Collaborator, list, and search options at the user, desktop, or system level.
- Setting List area options
  You can define the appearance and behavior of the List area. Desktops for viewing images and for reporting have extra options.
- Configuring quick tags
  To link keyword attachments to studies from the List or Search area, configure quick tags.
- Setting options for Text area reporting
  You can define reporting options such as preferred method, font size, toolbar display, and spelling check.
- Setting options for viewing reports
  You can define whether the letter, all sections, or the conclusion of reports and comparison studies are displayed by default in the Text area.

Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging and related viewing applications have specific indications for use.

Locked columns always remain visible, even when scrolling horizontally.

To lock columns

Right-click a column heading and select Customize columns.
In the Displayed pane, select the name of the column to lock.
Click the Details for the selected column link.
Select the Locked checkbox.
In the Displayed pane, the column moves to the top and a lock appears next to it. If the Preview checkbox is selected, the locked column moves to the left of the displayed page.
If needed, change the Save new settings for options.
Click OK.

The locked column remains displayed when scrolling.
