Setting whether Collaborator launches on startupTopic number: 1425412887467

Set whether the Collaborator instant messaging window is displayed at system startup.

By default, the Collaborator tool automatically launches when you log in to Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging.

To set whether Collaborator launches on startup
  1. Select Tools > Options.
  2. In the Options dialog, click Other.
  3. On the Collaborator tools tab, define whether Collaborator starts when the desktop does by selecting or clearing the Launch on startup checkbox.

When selected, the Collaborator tool automatically starts and appears on top of other windows. Other users see this user as available when this user logs in to the desktop. The user can change the status by means of the drop-down menu in the top right of the desktop.

  4. From the Save new options for list, select User, Desktop profile, or This session only.

User is the default; it sets the options for this and future sessions. Desktop profile, if available, set the options for all users of that desktop profile, except where overridden by user options.

  5. Click Save or Save & close.

Required permissions: Can change options for desktop profile and user level or Can change options for themselves only. (For more on permissions, see Security roles: Concepts.)
