Setting keyboard shortcuts for the Image areaTopic number: 1425412883655

You can specify which shortcuts to use for actions in the Image area.

To set keyboard shortcuts for the Image area
  1. Select Tools > Options.
  2. In the Options dialog, click Images.
  3. Switch to the Shortcuts tab.

For each action, the default shortcut is listed. If the Image area needs focus for this action, this is indicated with a checkmark.

  4. Review the list of actions and shortcuts.

To find a specific action, type part of its name in the search field above the list. To filter the list, select one of the following options from the list next to the search field:

    • All shortcuts—Shows all actions.
    • My shortcuts—Shows the actions for which you changed the shortcut.
    • Conflicts—Shows all actions that have the same shortcut.

  5. For each shortcut to change, do any of the following:
    1. To edit an existing shortcut, click it in the Shortcuts column and type the shortcut to use.

The Esc (Escape) and F1 keys, which are reserved to terminate a current command and to open Help, respectively, cannot be used as shortcuts.

If you use the same shortcut more than once, a warning icon appears for all actions that have this shortcut. Warning

    2. To add an additional shortcut for an action, select an action and click Add.

      Type a shortcut.

    3. To remove a shortcut, select it and click Delete.
    4. To restore the default value of an edited, added or deleted shortcut, select it and click Restore shortcut.

Shortcut options are only saved for the current user, even if you select another option from the Save new options for list.

  6. Click Save or Save & close.
For changes to these items to take effect, Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging must be restarted.
