Define Collaborator, list, and search options at the user, desktop, or system level.
- Setting List area options
  You can define the appearance and behavior of the List area. Desktops for viewing images and for reporting have extra options.
- Configuring quick tags
  To link keyword attachments to studies from the List or Search area, configure quick tags.

  You can define reporting options such as preferred method, font size, toolbar display, and spelling check.

Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging and related viewing applications have specific indications for use.

Text area layouts are an arrangement of areas of the screen into different panes. Switch the Text area layout to one that best suits your needs for a given context of use.

The layouts available depend on the context of use: the type of task you are doing, the modality, available study and report data, and whether you are viewing a report or an addendum.

To switch Text area layouts

Start a task or open a study.
Select Text area > Switch layout.
The Text area layout currently in use is highlighted. Only the most relevant layouts for the current context of use are available for selection.
In the Select Layout dialog, select a layout that matches your preference.
To see changes immediately, select the Show preview checkbox.
To confirm the selection, click OK.

You have now customized the interface for a given context of use. To return to the default layout for the current context of use, in the Select Layout dialog, click Restore default.

The last selected layout is saved as the default for future sessions, for the same context.
