Setting default key images for markup toolsTopic number: 1425412876215

You can set for which markup tools a key image note is automatically created.

Images can be marked as key images to identify them to other radiologists or to clinicians as the most clinically relevant images in a series.

To set default key images for markup tools
  1. Select Tools > Options.
  2. In the Options dialog, click Images. Images
  3. Switch to the Key images tab.
  4. From the Default key image type list, select the key image to configure.
  5. In the following lists, select the markup tools for which a key image note is to be created automatically:
    • Annotations
    • Measurements
    • ROI tools

Each list contains checkbox options, allowing you to select multiple tools for each.

  6. From the Save new options for list, select User, Desktop profile, or This session only.

User is the default; it sets the options for this and future sessions. Desktop profile, if available, set the options for all users of that desktop profile, except where overridden by user options.

  7. Click Save or Save & close.

For these changes to take effect, Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging must be restarted.

Required permissions: Can change options for desktop profile and user level or Can change options for themselves only. (For more on permissions, see Security roles: Concepts.)
