Reclaiming a reportTopic number: 1494597498737
If a report has been sent to a correctionist or a transcriptionist, and the correction or transcription task is assigned or paused, but not yet in progress or completed, you can reclaim the report.

To reclaim a report
- To find the report to reclaim, do one of the following:
- If you recently sent on the report, check the list of completed reports in the follow-up area.
- If you sent on the report a while ago, or to claim
someone else’s report:
- In the navigation toolbar, click Search.
- Use these search criteria:
- Patient name or Patient last name
- Reading physician name:
- Login user—To find your own reports.
- Another user’s name—To find reports by that user.
- c. Task status: Completed
- Press Enter.
- In the navigation toolbar, click Search.
- Open the appropriate report, and click Restore reading.
Tip:
You can also right-click the report and select Restore reading. - In the Confirmation dialog, do one of the following:
- To confirm reclaiming the report, click Restore reading.
- To cancel reclaiming the report, click Cancel.
The correction or transcription task is canceled.
A reading task is triggered and assigned to the user who reclaimed the report.
This reading task is automatically started and displayed in the Text area.
