Undoing report sign-offTopic number: 1425415009367
To edit and modify a validated report without having to create an addendum, undo the report sign-off. This resets the validated status of the report and starts a reading workflow again. You can do this for reports that you have signed off yourself or for reports signed off by other users.
You can also undo sign-off on a report with an addendum. You can perform edits on the last addendum added to that report.
- Open the study for which you want to undo sign-off.
You can also undo sign-off when performing a verify
report task on a validated report.
All reports signed-off by you appear in your Follow-up section, or by searching for a Task status of Completed.
- Select .
- To confirm your choice, click Undo sign-off anyway.
You have undone the sign-off for a given report using the reading task created for you. You can now edit the last signed-off report version or addendum or remove the report altogether by selecting
Required permission: Can undo sign-off. (For more on permissions, see Security roles: Concepts.)
Required system settings: Undo sign-off is enabled.
