When sending a report or addendum to be signed off, you can optionally add a comment, change the priority, or specify the person to do the sign-off.

To send a report to sign-off
  1. After completing a report, on the task toolbar, click Sign-off later. Save
  2. To optionally add a comment, change priority, or specify the sign-off person, on the task toolbar, next to Sign-off later, click the menu control.
  3. Click Add task comment. Comments
  4. In the Task comment window, type a comment.

    This comment displays when the sign-off task is started.

  5. To change priority, select a new priority.
  6. To specify the sign-off party, click More and select a person to do the sign-off.
The task appears in the Sign-off tasks list.
