If you have the permission, you can still report on a study that failed verification.
For example, in emergency cases, you might have to create a report to start the treatment as soon as possible. The missing order information will be added later by means of a quality control operation.
To create a report on a study that failed verification
- From the list, select the QC task for the study you want to report on,
and start it.
The QC tool opens.
Studies that failed verification are marked with an unverified icon.
- You can also search for the study that failed verification. It is marked with an unverified icon. Start the QC task.
- If you have the permission to read a study that failed verification a
Start reading button appears. Click it.
The reading layout is launched, so that you can create your report.
- Finish off the reporting by sending it for review, transcription, correction or by clicking Sign off and create QC task.
You have now created a report for a study that failed verification. A new quality control task is assigned to it to fix the patient data.
