Before printing lists, you can first download and edit them.

Before printing lists from the List and Search area, you can first save activities overview lists and search results as a .csv file to your workstation.

You can manipulate data in the file for statistical and auditing purposes.

To save study and task list as a .csv file
  1. Do one of the following:
    • In the List area, select an activity overview list.
    • In the Search area, find studies or tasks.
  2. To save items:
    • Select studies or tasks, right-click and select Print > Save list.
    • If no studies or tasks are selected, click Save list on the top toolbar. All displayed studies and tasks will be added to the saved list.
  3. Select a location where to save the list and click Save.

The studies or tasks, including columns' content, are saved as a .csv file.

    Note:

If the list has more than 500 results, the saved .csv file might be empty. Refine your search to display less results and resave the file.

  4. To get data properly displayed in columns:
    1. Launch Excel.
    2. Select File > Open and select the saved .csv file.

      The Text Import Wizard opens.

    3. Under Original data type, select Delimited. Click Next.
    4. Under Delimiters, select the Comma checkbox. Click Finish.

Data is displayed properly in columns.
