Use the calibration line to manually calibrate an image with a reference line object.

To manually calibrate an image with the line tool
- In the Image area top toolbar, markup list, click Calibration line.
A ruler appears beside the pointer to indicate that the markup tool is active.
- To place the first handle defining the line, click one end of the reference line.
- To complete the line, click the other end of the reference line.
- In the Calibration dialog, New
length field, type the length of the reference line.
If necessary, you can change the unit of measurement and decide whether the calibration is applied to only the current image, the entire series, or a custom selection.
