Displaying Lunit INSIGHT CXR resultsTopic number: 1621345171057
You can view chest radiography studies processed by Lunit INSIGHT CXR.
The chest X-ray study has been processed by Lunit INSIGHT CXR.
Enterprise Imaging forwards relevant studies—chest X-ray CR/DX with at least one PA/AP view—to the Lunit INSIGHT CXR DICOM gateway, using ILM rules. Enterprise Imaging receives the relevant results from the Lunit INSIGHT CXR DICOM gateway in the form of grayscale softcopy presentation states (GSPS) or secondary captures (SC), depending on the user’s workflow configuration and preferences. The results are displayed as part of the original study.
If the images are not sent automatically (and the integration is available), you can manually send the studies to Lunit INSIGHT for processing. On the Print and export tab, switch to the DICOM transfer tab. From the Destination drop-down list, select the LUNIT INSIGHT CXR STORE SCP destination (the default name is LUNIT) and select DICOM transfer or DICOM transfer & close.
For more information about the integration with Lunit INSIGHT CXR, contact your system administrator.
- Open a chest X-ray study in the Image area.
Relevant Lunit INSIGHT CXR results are shown with the original study. As of Enterprise Imaging 8.1.4, the List area can indicate which exams have Lunit INSIGHT CXR results available in a dedicated keyword column.
- Navigate through the series to view the Lunit INSIGHT CXR
results for the current study.
- For GSPS results:
- You can toggle the GSPS overlay on and off
using the Show/hide markups button.
- If needed, define a dedicated hanging protocol to suppress the display of the GSPS objects during initial review of the images.
- The contour and abnormality score for each finding is displayed, as well as the overall abnormality score and the Lunit INSIGHT CXR version.
- If the cardiomegaly display or mediastinal widening is disabled, the results are displayed as text below the overall score.
- If tuberculosis screening is enabled, the tuberculosis probability is displayed as text below the overall abnormality score.
- You can toggle the GSPS overlay on and off
using the Show/hide markups button.
- For SC results:
- An additional image or series, with burned-in findings, is available with the original chest X-ray.
- Four configurations are available: grayscale map (contour and abnormality score of reach finding), single color map, color map (heat map), or a combined map consisting of grayscale and color map.
- The overall case score is displayed at the bottom of the image.
- If INSIGHT report is selected, a case report is displayed that includes a list of all findings with the probability and location of each finding.
- If tuberculosis screening is enabled, the tuberculosis probability is displayed as text below the overall abnormality score.
- SC images created by Lunit are displayed as a new image or series in the study with a unique series description (for example, Lunit Insight CXR3).
- For GSPS results:
