All markups share the same, basic interactive behavior. You can move or resize them with a few easy steps. Markups also provide the option to show measurement information.
![]() | CAUTION! Diagnosis must always be based on original images. Markup tools are provided to support the decision-making process. Markups applied in other images within the same frame of reference as the current image will be displayed in the current image as well; however, their accuracy cannot always be guaranteed due to possible changes in patient positioning during image acquisition. |
A markup can be of scope instance or frame of reference. The default scope for a markup is original image (except for CPR center line and spine labeling).
Option | Action |
---|---|
Markup scope | Right-click the markup, click Display markup, and select Original image or On image series. After you have selected the scope of a markup it cannot be changed. For example, if you draw a markup after the scope has been set to display on an image series it does not display on a single image and vice versa. |
Display statistics | Right-click the markup, click Displayed measurements, and select the information type to display. You can change the unit of measurement for markup statistics in the Image area options menu. |

Reset a markup | To reset a markup to the state of the latest GSPS, press Alt + M. |
Delete a markup | Right-click the markup and click Delete. |
