Insert drop-down lists into text macros and normal reports as needed. They enable you to select options from a list when reporting.

To insert a drop-down list
  1. When creating or editing a text macro from the text macro toolbar, click Insert field.
  2. Select Drop-down list.
  3. In the Insert drop-down list dialog, select the drop-down list to be inserted.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Save & close. Save & close
After insertion, if the drop-down list has a default value, then that value is shown. If no default value is defined, selecting a value from the list is required.
