Insert drop-down lists into text macros and normal reports as needed. They enable you to select options from a list when reporting.
To insert a drop-down list
- When creating or editing a text macro from the text macro toolbar,
click Insert field.
- Select Drop-down list.
- In the Insert drop-down list dialog, select the drop-down list to be inserted.
- Click OK.
- Click Save & close.
