While a user is working, the desktop loses connection to the server. A glass pane (transparent blurry layer) is displayed on top of the work area and the program stops.

Details

The server might be undergoing an upgrade. When upgrading Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging Core Servers and Web Servers, the desktop connection is lost.

Solution

When your connection is lost, try reconnecting.

With upgrades, you are informed about the new software version, and must restart the desktop client.
