Troubleshooting: Transparent markups not rendering correctly in report previewTopic number: 1473076988058

You might have to change the opacity values of objects in Non-invasive Cardiovascular Reporting to have them be displayed correctly in report previews.

Issue

In the Text area, when you preview an Extracranial report section of a Non-invasive Cardiovascular report that contains a drawing with two or more transparent markups of exactly the same opacity value, the second markup is shown with 100% opacity. In other words, it is no longer transparent.

Details

This is a known issue with report preview in the Text area for Non-invasive Cardiovascular Reporting with an Extracranial report section. However, when you preview the same report section in the Non-invasive Cardiovascular Reporting Summary tab, the transparent markups are rendered correctly with the selected opacity values.

Solution

As a workaround, slightly change the values for objects that have exactly the same opacity value. A difference of 1% is sufficient to avoid the issue while maintaining the expected opacity in the preview. For example, instead of having two values of 50%, change the opacity value for one markup to 51% and for the other markup to 49%.
