To assist Agfa Service Engineers in analyzing application behavior and failures, Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging generates log files on workstations. You can retrieve these log files as a zip file to email or copy to a USB key.

To collect log files from a workstation
  1. In the Windows task tray, right-click the Agfa icon and select Desktop_name > Create error report. Agfa
  2. In the Error report Info dialog, type a Comment.
  3. Optionally, clear the Add a screenshot to the error report checkbox.

    When selected, PNG screen captures of your monitors are included in the report.

  4. Click OK.

    A Creating error report message appears, then the dialog closes.

Error reports are automatically uploaded to the Core Server. You can download them from the following location: C:\ProgramData\AGFA\IMPAX Agility\logging\server_name\Windows_user_name\name.desktop\ImpaxAgilityError-date-ID-comment.zip.

Note:

The name.desktop used for the Administrator Desktop is configurator.deskop. For the Medical Secretary Desktop, it is transcriptionist.desktop.

From here you can email the zip file or copy it to a USB key.
