- Changing logging levels for specific functional areas
  In addition to the default application logging that logs errors and warnings, you can activate logging for additional profiles at various levels.
- Collecting log files from a workstation
  To assist Agfa Service Engineers in analyzing application behavior and failures, Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging generates log files on workstations. You can retrieve these log files as a zip file to email or copy to a USB key.

Error handling dialog

Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging displays the error handling dialog each time a problem or failure occurs. In the error handling dialog, you can perform several actions.

Create an error report that contains the error message and additional information.

All error reports, whether automatically created or created by a user, are uploaded to a Core Server.

Forced restart

Whenever data being displayed on a workstation might be inconsistent, the Forced restart dialog is displayed. This dialog forces you to restart the application to prevent potentially compromised data from being used. Logs are then automatically created in the configured location, and an error report is created and uploaded to a Core Server.
