To avoid losing IMAGE-COM measurements, try to complete all measurements on the modality before the reading workflow begins. Using the Reload modality SR button resets all measurements.

Quality control is a process of aligning the data about patients with their images, which come from different sources. Quality control is an automatic step in the unverified study workflow, but it can also be performed manually.

- Error handling: Concepts
  Two types of error dialogs can appear in a Desktop when a problem occurs with the application or its data.
- Location of log files
  To facilitate analysis of behavior and failures of the application by Agfa Service Engineers Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging generates application logging.
- Changing logging levels for specific functional areas
  In addition to the default application logging that logs errors and warnings, you can activate logging for additional profiles at various levels.
- Collecting log files from a workstation
  To assist Agfa Service Engineers in analyzing application behavior and failures, Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging generates log files on workstations. You can retrieve these log files as a zip file to email or copy to a USB key.

  - Troubleshooting: Desktop loses connection to the server
    If a desktop loses connection to the server, it might be due to an upgrade.

    Images using unsupported color models are not displayed in the report preview.
  - Troubleshooting: Report for a study is created in both Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging and IMPAX
    Be aware that, through the IMPAX Text area, you can create a report for a study already being reported in Enterprise Imaging.
  - Troubleshooting: Inaccurate results of external search
    External searches that include optional DICOM tags might not return accurate results.
  - Troubleshooting: Searching an external system fails
    An error might occur if a user searches an external search location. To solve the issue, configure the column display differently.
  - Troubleshooting: GE Senographe medical device correction
    A known problem with measurement calculations results from some GE Senographe devices.
  - Troubleshooting: Login area does not show in Internet Explorer 7 or Windows Vista
    The Login screen is not displayed correctly in unsupported browsers and operating systems.
  - Troubleshooting: DICOM printing of images that use YRB is corrupted
    YRB (yellow-red-blue) images cannot be DICOM printed.
  - Troubleshooting: Transparent markups not rendering correctly in report preview
    You might have to change the opacity values of objects in Non-invasive Cardiovascular Reporting to have them be displayed correctly in report previews.
  - Troubleshooting: Speech recognition fails
    To prevent speech recognition failure, the user must ensure that the reporting method is set to Online speech recognition during a reading task.
  - Troubleshooting: TOMTEC IMAGE-COM report section does not work
    Clearing cookies in your browser fixes display issues in the TOMTEC IMAGE-COM report section.
  - Troubleshooting: Cardio invasive hemodynamic (HEMO) studies keep the Failed verification status
    If, after completion of a QC task, a study keeps the Failed verification status, you must re-create and complete a QC task for this study.

Indications for use statement
Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging and related viewing applications have specific indications for use.

To avoid losing IMAGE-COM measurements, try to complete all measurements on the modality before the reading workflow begins. Using the Reload modality SR button resets all measurements.

Issue

Measurements added to the IMAGE-COM worksheet during reporting are lost when the Reload modality SR button is used.

Details

This issue can occur if a technician continues to work with a study on the modality (adding additional measurements) after the study has been sent to Enterprise Imaging. If the reading is started and measurements are added to the IMAGE-COM worksheet (and not yet exported to the report panel), those measurements are lost when the additional measurements sent from the modality are refreshed in IMAGE-COM using the Reload modality SR button.

Solution

If possible, ensure all the measurements on the modality have been completed before starting a reading using Enterprise Imaging and making measurements in IMAGE-COM. If measurements are lost after clicking the Reload modality SR button, the measurements must be made again.
