To display a series as a 3D volume
- To open the series toolbar, move your pointer to the bottom center of the viewport containing the series to display in 3D.
- In the series toolbar, click the current viewport type (for example 2D,
MPR), then click 3D.
The series is displayed as a 3D volume after a short computation time (indicated by a progress bar).
Alternatively, you can select a hanging protocol with 3D from the hanging protocol gallery, in which case by default the largest volumetric series in the current study will be displayed as a 3D volume.
![]() | Note: Due to possible limitations (workstation hardware, dataset size) some volumes will be displayed with reduced quality. This is indicated by a warning symbol in the bottom left corner of the viewport. |
