Zooming an imageTopic number: 1425412617423

Use the zoom tool to change the magnification of images.

WARNING!

Images displayed on a monitor might only be considered diagnostic when one pixel of the acquired image is represented by one pixel on screen (also known as 1:1 or where the “pixel size” is 100%). You can determine zoom factors by checking the indication displayed in the status bar at the bottom of the Image area.
To zoom an image
  1. In the Image area top toolbar, zoom list, click Zoom.

The zoom icon appears beside the pointer to indicate that zoom mode is active.

  2. To zoom the image, drag the image up to zoom in and down to zoom out.

The initial position of the pointer when dragging determines the center for the magnification.

  3. Right-click to disable zoom mode.
