Insert the predefined report text for one particular procedure, for which no pathology or abnormalities are found, by inserting the normal report. There can be only one normal report per procedure.
You can insert a normal report only if your report deals with a single procedure.
To insert a normal report
- In the Text area on the Report tab, start dictating or typing a report.
- Do one of the following:
- Text macro panel—Select Normal
report. If no normal report exists, the item is not shown.
- Search normal report—To search for all your available normal
reports, click the Text macros button and select Search text
macro.
Note:
You can only search for text macros linked to your user, your assignment group or groups, and System. - Voice command—Say the configured voice command (online speech recognition) and the voice command prefix configured in the Administrator Desktop.
- Keyboard shortcut—Press F9
- Text macro panel—Select Normal
report. If no normal report exists, the item is not shown.
Text from the normal report is inserted into the relevant report sections.
