Editing a presentation groupTopic number: 1458236959310

Use the advanced editor to edit a presentation group.

The advanced editor displays a dialog for each viewport. If the viewport is empty, the dialog does not include study details.

To edit a presentation group
  1. To open the advanced editor, perform one of the following tasks:
    • In the hanging protocol list, select Edit presentation group.
    • In the hanging protocol gallery, right-click a presentation group and select Edit presentation group. If the presentation group is not active in the Image area, it becomes active before the advanced editor opens.
  2. For each viewport, perform the following tasks to define the filter criteria:
    1. To define what type of image the viewport can display, select a value in the Type list.
    2. To use the series description to restrict what the viewport can display, select the Series description contains checkbox and type the description text in the text box.
    3. To apply the strict hanging condition that prevents the viewport from displaying images that fall outside the filter criteria, select the strict hanging checkbox.
    4. In the Details list, select or clear the modifications in the viewport that you want to include in the presentation group.
  3. To set the options for the presentation groups, perform the following tasks in the Edit current presentation group pane:
    1. In the Name field, edit the name of the presentation group.
    2. In the Save for list, edit the modality, body part, or procedure to define the availability of the presentation group.
    3. To see how the presentation group looks in the viewports, click Preview.
    4. Click OK.
