History provides an overview of all tasks and related information for a selected study. Information in the upper and lower panes, and the order of the corresponding columns, depend on configuration.

Tasks

History is displayed when you click History in the study tab.

The upper pane of the History tab displays all tasks for the study.
ColumnDescription
Task priority iconIcon indicating the task priority
Task status iconIcon indicating the task status
Task typeThe type of task
FromThe date and time the task was created
DurationThe task duration, which is the time between the task creation and the task completion
Performed byThe person who completed the task, or person(s)/assignment group to whom the task has been assigned (if the task is not yet completed)

Reading details

The lower pane displays the details of the task that you have selected in the upper pane.
ColumnDescription
Action iconIcon indicating the action that has been performed on the task
ActionThe action performed on the task:
  • Task creation
  • Task assignment
  • Task status change
  • Task priority change
  • Task comment added
Date/timeThe date and time the action was performed
Performed byThe person who performed the action. If the action was performed by the system, System displays
DescriptionA detailed description of the action, indicating one of the following:
  • Person to whom the task was assigned
  • New task status
  • New task priority
  • Task comment that was added
