History provides an overview of all tasks and related information for a selected study. Information in the upper and lower panes, and the order of the corresponding columns, depend on configuration.
Tasks
History is displayed when you click History in the study tab.
The upper pane of the History tab
displays all tasks for the study.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Task priority icon | Icon indicating the task priority |
Task status icon | Icon indicating the task status |
Task type | The type of task |
From | The date and time the task was created |
Duration | The task duration, which is the time between the task creation and the task completion |
Performed by | The person who completed the task, or person(s)/assignment group to whom the task has been assigned (if the task is not yet completed) |
Reading details
The lower pane displays the details of the task that you have selected in
the upper pane.
Column | Description |

Action icon | Icon indicating the action that has been performed on the task |
Action | The action performed on the task:

Date/time | The date and time the action was performed |
Performed by | The person who performed the action. If the action was performed by the system, System displays |
Description | A detailed description of the action, indicating one of the following:
