Tuberculosis (TBC) Screening Prioritization is a licensed feature. It orders TBC Screening Prioritization results based on reading task priority.

Note:

This feature only processes CR and DX Modality (0008,0060) studies having Body Part Examined (0018,0015) tag “CHEST”.

In the List area, TBC Screening Prioritization results are displayed based on reading task priority, and not order priority on the study for Chest DX and Chest CR images. The reading task priority is auto-prioritized into three status priorities: Urgent (scores greater than or equal to the high threshold), High (scores lower than the high threshold, but greater than or equal to the low threshold), or Normal (scores lower than the low threshold). The default thresholds are 90 (high) and 25 (low).

The STAT! and Routine system reading task priorities are not used by the feature.

Note:

Changing the default priorities requires an Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging System Administrator or Agfa Service personnel.
A chest x-ray sent to Agfa HealthCare Enterprise Imaging with the (TBC) Screening Prioritization feature enabled has a reading task created through the active system rules before being prioritized. Due to system refresh, there can be a minor but noticeable time delay between reading task creation and prioritization.

Note:

The feature cannot lower previously set reading task priorities. For example, a task set to High priority cannot be changed to Normal. To change the urgency of a task by changing its assigned priority manually, see Prioritizing tasks.
