Order review tasks can be created automatically according to workflow and task assignment rules. Alternatively, you can manually assign an order review task.

Often an order must be modified according to clinical needs, especially for complex procedures. The radiologist or supervising technologist can review the order before the acquisition takes place.

To create an order review task
  1. Right-click the study to review or select More in the action toolbar, then select Order review > Create order review task.

    The study must not have started tasks or must have failed verification.

  2. Select Auto-assign.

    • Select Assign to. From the list, select the person to assign the task to and click Move. Right arrow
  3. If needed, add a Comment or set Task priority.
  4. Click Create order review task.
