Any user can review details of the current conference session. Presenters and administrators can change the session participants.

To review session details
  1. In the Conferences section of Activities overviews, select the conference to modify.
  2. In the top toolbar, click Session details.
  3. In the Session details dialog, you can review:
    • Conference name
    • Session date and session start and end time
    • Display name of the presenter (plus an icon to show the contact details of the presenter)
    • Display names of the administrators
    • Names of the participants and potential participants
    • Link to join a session
    • Dial-in and room information

    The presenter and administrator can change the presenter, administrator, and participant names of a session. For all other users, session details are read-only.

    In this dialog, presenters, administrators and participants can perform the following actions:
    • Broadcast—Send the link to join a session to participants via the Collaborator tool (available for presenters and administrators).
    • Join session—Start viewing the screen of a presenter (available for participants).
    • Copy to clipboard—Copy the link to join a session to your clipboard (available for all users).
  4. Click Close.
