Different background colors of Calendar event boxes indicate the status of a procedure.
Scheduled procedure colors
By default, the following colors are used for procedures scheduled in the Calendar.
- In progress: Pink
- Not started: Blue
- Patient arrived: Green
- Completed: Gray
- Selected: Orange
In the Tool options dialog for Lists, you can configure the background color for the following rows:
- Patient arrived: Yes or No
- Task status: Assigned, Completed, In progress, Paused, and Processing
- Waiting time: Greater than value
- Procedure name: All available
- Procedure code: All available
Patient wait time colors
To ensure fair scheduling practices, the time that patients wait in the waiting room is tracked.

| 30 minutes or more | Red |
| 15 to 30 minutes | Orange |
| 5 to 15 minutes | Yellow |
| 5 minutes or fewer | Green |
