Sessions are not shared automatically. As presenter, you must start sharing a session.

Prerequisite
You are the conference presenter.

Important!

In case your conference is de-identified, we recommend you do not use the Start sharing option as de-identification is not yet supported when sharing sessions. If available, use a video-conferencing tool instead.
To start sharing a session
Do one of the following:
  • via List area
    1. In the Conferences section of Activities overviews, select the conference.
    2. From the List area toolbar, click Start sharing.
  • via Text and Image area
    1. In the Conferences section of Activities overviews, select the conference.
    2. In the conference task list, select a task and open it.
    3. From the Text area toolbar, click Start sharing, or switch to the Image area Open image area and click Start sharing.
  • via Calendar
    1. From the navigation toolbar, click Calendar. Calendar button
    2. Click Conference.
    3. To view details about a conference session, select it in the Calendar.

      Session details are displayed in the left panel.

    4. Click Start sharing.

Sharing starts. >Participants can view the Image area of your screen.
