Performing case review tasksTopic number: 1476797628731

During a case review task, the program administrator:

  • Corrects a case content if any offensive language is used.
  • Acts as a moderator between colleagues (case submitter, report author, and others) to avoid internal conflicts.
  • Builds up the case motivation and prepares possible corrective actions.
  • Requests feedback from other users on the case.
  • Decides if the case requires group review.
  • Closes the case if group review is not required.
  • Rejects the case when the request is invalid.
