Teaching files can provide useful input when viewed in comparison with active studies.
Prerequisite
You have already started a reading task.
To use teaching files for comparison
- In Text area, go to the Comparison studies list.
- Click the Teaching file icon.
The Teaching file search dialog appears. By default, the search location points to the configured teaching file archive.
- Type or select values for one or more search criteria and click Search.
Teaching files that correspond to all specified search criteria are displayed. The number of teaching files appears at the top of the list. The Title, Abstract, Author and Creation date are displayed by default.
- To open a teaching file for comparison, do one of the following:
- Select a teaching file, right-click and select Open to compare.
- Select a teaching file and from the top toolbar, click Open to compare.
The teaching file tab is opened in Text area. Corresponding images are opened in Image area in comparison with the images of the active study.
Important!
The study stamp for teaching file images is marked in red. - To add extra files, click Add more....
