Prerequisite

Ensure the user has access to the Teaching Files Web Client and the corresponding desktop profile.

To view and edit teaching files via the Teaching Files Web Client

Go to the webstart page and select Teaching files.
The browser redirects you to the Teaching Files Web Client.
Log in with your usual account credentials.
On the Teaching files tab, type or select keywords and click Search.

Tip:
To use other search criteria, click Show advanced options.
To see the teaching file images in XERO Viewer, click Open images.
To see the teaching file details, click View teaching file.
To edit the teaching file details, click Edit teaching file.
